Professor Gao Xinhua (b. 1977) is a native of Zoupingxian, Shandong Province. He attended Beijing University from 1996 to 2000 in the School of International Relations, obtaining, in 2000, a BA degree in Legal Studies. From 2003 to 2010, he was a graduate student in the Department of Chinese bet365 live casino gamesLanguage and Literature of Beijing University, focusing on the study of Ancient (Traditional) Literature, with an emphasis on the literature of the pre-Qin period and the Qin and Han dynasties, under the mentoring of Professor Ying Chun and Professor Fu Gang, ultimately obtaining an MA degree and a Ph.D degree in Literature. In September 2010, he joined the staff and faculty of the Ancient Chinese Literature Research Institute of the School of Literature and Journalism (now the School of Literature) of Shandong University. In the undergraduate curriculum in the School of Literature, Professor Gao offers various courses, including: " Ancient (Traditional) Chinese Literature (The sections on the Qin, Han, Wei, Jin, and Southern and Northern Dynasties)”; "History of Chinese bet365 games best slotsCulture"; and "History of Chinese Aesthetic Culture". Professor Gao has authored more than ten papers and scholarly articles published in such journals as Wen-Shi-Zhe (A Journal of Literature, History and Philosophy), Chinese Musicology, and The Library Journal. He has written a vernacular translation, with commentaries and annotations, of A New Account of the Tales of the World (Shishuoxinyu), Shandong Pictorial Publishing House 2012.
