Professor Sun Xuetang, a native of Zoupingxian, Shandong Province, graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and bet365 games best slots at Nankai University in 2000 with a Ph.D. in bet365 games best slots. He has been an Associate Professor since 2003, and a Professor since 2009. From September 2013 to August 2014 he was a visiting scholar at the University of Victoria in Canada. His primary research fields are the history of Chinese literary thought, Chinese classical poetics, and the literary works of the Tang, Song, Yuan and Ming dynastic periods. He is currently an Organizing Director of the Association for the Study of bet365 games best slots in the Ming Dynasty, a Member of the Standing Board of Directors of the Shandong Provincial Association for the Study of Classical bet365 games best slots, a Member of the Academic Committee of the Shandong Calligraphers Association, and a Vice President of the Chinese Association for the Study of Li Qingzhao and Xin Qiji.
Professor Sun has authored and published several scholarly monographs, including:Ming-Dynasty Poetics and The Poems of the Tang Dynasty, and The Concept of Having Reverence For the Past and For Antiquity Fades Away: Wang Shizhen and the Literary Thought of the Sixteenth Century.
